Scoring Logic & Interpretation
Approved PH scoring contract. Both weight pairs remain 60/40; any later ratio change requires a new approved model version and matching tests.
The exact Positive, Neutral or Negative company property from HubSpot. It is supporting context, not the numeric Customer Health Score.
The numeric 0–100 company property read directly from HubSpot.
60% Target Attainment Score plus 40% Return Score. The approved rule divides period actual by the positive period-adjusted target, capped at 100. Return maps complete loss to 0, break-even to 50 and 100% return to 100, with values capped from 0 to 100.
60% Performance ROI plus 40% Customer Health Score. It appears only when both sub-scores are available.
Healthy is 75–100, Watch is 55–74 and Needs Attention is 0–54. These score bands are calculated independently from the similarly named evidence queue.
Approval records the target provenance and chosen source. A score appears only after the production view also validates a positive period target, current mapping, complete evidence and, for leads, lead value and close rate. An approved input can therefore remain Not Scored.
Confirmed Shopify Total or Net Sales is primary. GA4 Purchase or Total Revenue is an explicit fallback when Shopify is not mapped and PH approves the definition. Google and Meta attributed value remains diagnostic.
One approved exact lead source and conversion definition enters the model. Estimated outcome value is lead count multiplied by average lead or deal value and lead-to-sale close rate.
One approved route-specific outcome enters Performance ROI. The scorecard shows the exact paid-source spend and the Paid/SEO retainers included in period investment. Organic scoring remains unavailable until PH approves an organic-attribution source and model.
A required target, approved metric, source spend, lead assumption or Customer Health Score is missing. Missing evidence is never converted into zero.
A separate evidence-review queue used to order board attention. It is not client performance, ROI or churn probability.
Needs Attention means review now. Watch means review soon. Data Gap means required evidence is missing or stale. Low Review Priority means no higher-urgency evidence flag is active; it does not mean client performance is good or bad.
No current evidence-queue signal calls for urgent review. This is a workflow label only—not a Performance ROI, Combined Score or churn conclusion.
Evidence is missing, stale, unmapped or absent from HubSpot. It is not a negative client outcome.
Customer Health Score is read directly from HubSpot. Dashboard-only Delivery Compliance, unapproved communications metadata and organic attribution are outside the approved scoring model.
